We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men ar created equal, that they be endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  Is a popular phrase that is a comp one and only(a)nt of the Declaration of independency? When most people hither the term the States they tend to think of land of the innocent and living the American Dream. I mustiness agree that America is a country with vast opportunities to succeed, but I must also agree that America has its faults. When I think of granting immunity I tend to think of beingness able to communicate ones self in a dash that would greatly benefit the people that surround you. Although I would want the part of the statement, All men are created equal to be true I must ask, Is that the type of world we recognise in today?  Can we really be judged on the act we part take in based wholly on our actions? Or does race play a share far greater than anyone realize. Its a well cognize fact that Slavery is a meter some Americans wish to erase from the history books. A time in history African Americans were seen as mere property rather than human beings. It is non a secret that even the men that wrote the words of the Declaration of Independence owned slaves and considered them property rather than a citizen.

Although America has scrape up far from past racism issues its still not a hidden factor in American society. racism may be defined as the hatred of one person by some other or the belief that another person is less than human because of skin color, language, customs, or moorage of birth. Its no doubt that racism against blacks in the southmost was rougher in the south than the north.
