MGMT 330: Management for Organizations Forest and Little, P.L.L.C.: My Organization Jonnetta Thomas-Chambers January 10, 2011 The composition I work for is on the smaller side of the spectrum, save it can be hard-boiled the same as a large corporation when it comes to analyzing controls systems deep down the organization. My organizations control system works well, but if it were a larger company we would be in impoverishment of a few changes. The organization I work for is a legal firm which operates within the legal industry. In my organization my job title is a legal sponsor. I am qualified as a paralegal, I am however not certified. There is one other legal assistant and ternion attorneys that work in our firm. You can compare my kin with the attorneys I work for to that of a nurses consanguinity to a doctor they work under. You can go to school to study what I do, but there will always be things that you will film to learn on the job, especially because every firm does things differently.
