On August 5, 2010, a humbled copper mine located in Chile suffered a cave-in which left 33 workers trapped underpass. With workers being trapped three hundred meters below ground with limited food, water, and oxygen, nobody knew for sure how languish they would survive. After four days of being trapped, there was soundless no conception if any of the miners were even alive. Never to begin with have so many workers survived being trapped underground for so long (Yang, 2010). However, tears became cheers when 33 miners were located and deliver without having to lose anyone.
Though the job may be dangerous, you beneficial never expect anything to happen. What did the employer reassure the families of the men trapped? What did the employer tell its employees?
