A persons versed identity operator may face like aboutthing obvious, something that we should innately know, However as we have learned, these things are not always so simple, often finding that provokeual identity, practically like almost of life, is a thousand sunglasses of grey. In this regard, I have given my admit identity some thought and I find for me it was easy, although perhaps to most it was not. In this essay I will be discussing my own identity and my reasons for coming to the conclusions that I have come to, and why I came to them. (Rathus, Nevid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2005)
My values growing up were a slice inconsistent to say the least, and it led to a bit of confusion growing up. My parents were not religious when I was youth and many of my family members were atheists so, I did not initially have much guidance in that regards. However as I got previous(a) mom found religion, and as such, we were thrust into a new-made world of ethics and beliefs. I was often taught in sunlight school about sex, about how I should view it and how fundamentalist Christians viewed sex. As a young child, I usually believed them when they spoke. I was taught that premarital sex was a sin, and that homosexuality and other forms of non-traditional sex were considered wrong.
However, as I got older I began to question some of these notions as I got older, and began to learn more about the world. When I got to high school, I made friends with someone who was raised completely oppositely than me. Often we would talk and she would tell me about different ways of thinking, and it helped me think more critically about what I was taught. However, I did not simply start believing everything she believed, I took what she said and used it to evaluate and adapt my own thoughts and beliefs. musical composition I do not completely agree with her, I think I achieved what she wanted me to achieve.
