Dear Mr. Rardin,
 
I am a student at Shawnee Mission western High School. Recently, I have heard a readiness about text editioning and driving laws in Kansas. The cellular phone has make our communication so much easier. However, when it traces to route safety, cell phones be heared to be a very serious doubt.  We are every aware that texting and driving is a serious problem these days. It heightens the chances of road accidents.  So I am of the opinion the state deterrent example should protract a law to prohibit texting while driving.
 
On the other hand, I know that there are about people out there that still think they rat text while driving, but it is a serious distraction for them. Some durations, there are emergency situations in which you necessity to aim your phone while driving, but it doesnt mean you need to text. Some will say that they will only text at the stop lights, but they still wont have their replete(p) concentration on driving.
 
We need to come up with terminations to fix this problem, so that it prevents road accidents in the future. I, in person have some tips to help prevent texting and driving. First, we need to pass a law that prohibits texting while driving.



Anyone who breaks the law would pay a picturesque. For the first time, the fine would be $50, but for every time after that, $10 would be added to the fine. For example: the second time, the fine would be $60, the third time would be $70. Another solution is that we encourage people to pull over and finish their communion without driving.
