Why do they touch on differences between makes and motion-picture shows? This is shown in almost every movie made from a book such as STAND BY ME. They do this to deform place nugatory scenes and mak you think things close characters that you might non otherwise think. There are umteen differences between the book and the movie such as things characters did be flip-flopd and scenes being taken out to change how you think nearly the characters. Firstly, in the book a store keeper attempt to rob Gordie. He did this by trying to short change Gordie and then putting his click on the weight scale. He probably thought that because Gordie was a kid he would not notice. This did not happen in the movie. Secondly, in the movie Gordie got disoriented at seeing the proboscis of Ray (the dead kid) however was relativly calm in the movie. This is shown by him basically just rest around. In the Movi e it was Chirs the went crackers instead of Gordie. This is meant to make Gordie get along to be a stronger character. Next, and most importantly, in the book a rival gathering and tries to take the body,and in the book Chris fires a handgun to terrify them off, while in the movie Gordie fires it.

This is to make Gordie once over again seem stronger. It does this by showing Gordie rest up for the mathematical group while Teddy and Vern ran. Because Gordie was willing to strife while others ran he looks stronger. The many differences like changed or omitted scenes change how you think about the characters.
