Have you of all time had to deal with some(a)one who was dishonest? Or witnessed someone do some subject that was not so far out. Having the courageousness to say something to that person or to a higher authority represents a form of integrity. You took it upon yourself to do the right thing in that case. Integrity can have a few different meanings; however I look at the word integrity as always doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Such as having the courage to speak out against someone whos doing something wrong, or even saying no to something that you be intimate is not right.
I think back a time when I was at land, I work in retail at a throw in called Tillys at the Hacienda crossings in Dublin, Ca. At my work we have appointee rooms where people try on the clothes that they like, and remember it or not people tend to always conduce their valuables in the fitting room. So one time I was customer servicing this woman, and helping her checkout, when I noticed that she had left wing her brand new white iPhone 4s in the fitting room. at one time if this had been somewhere on the streets or in another store that I had not been working in; well grim to say but the outcome may have been a little different.



However, the lady ended up leaving the store, and did not realize she had left her surround in the fitting room. So than I took the initiative to look through the womans contacts and I found her husbands contact. I right off dialed him up and let him know that his wife had left her phone at our Tillys store. Now I could have had my compensater deal with it, but instead he suggested that I handle it, because I never knew maybe I could get some reward out of it.
Furthermore, less than about 20 legal proceeding after I had notified the husband. Both the woman and her husband came strolling into the store, asking for my name to my manager because I had let the husband know over the phone who to find when he came in.
